Shipping policy
Delivery times
- We prepare and pack all orders within 3 working days, so your items are quickly on their way.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 9 working days, depending on where you live.
Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse all the way to your door. We will keep you updated along the way, so you always know where your order is. Customs charges may apply to shipments to or from countries outside the EU.
Please note: Due to high demand, Havie is currently sold on pre-order. All lamps are currently being manufactured, and orders placed now will be dispatched from our warehouse between 6 and 10 November 2026. Delivery times are counted from dispatch: normally 7 to 14 working days to the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe, 10 to 20 working days to Australia, 5 to 9 working days within Sweden and 6 to 9 working days to the other Nordic countries.
Carriers and delivery method
- We work with reliable carriers to make sure your items are delivered safely and on time.
- If there are delays caused by unforeseen events, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it on our website. Your order confirmation also contains a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel while it is in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: If the parcel does not fit through your letterbox, it will be left at your door.
Delivery problems
- If items have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions on how to return the product or to receive any compensation that may be due.
